Formed on the heels of Cop Shoot Cop's implosion in the late 1990's, Coleman began creating, releasing and performing electronic music as Phylr. Two full length records were released (Contra la Puerta and Halflife), as well as a robust - and ever growing - number of remixes for a variety of artists - including Foetus, The Young Gods, Pop. 1280, Pigface, and Balkan Beat Box. Phylr also has several notable collaborations with DJ Butterface.
